Toastmasters DCP Tracker FAQ
What is the Toastmasters DCP?
DCP means Distinguished Club Program. It is the Toastmasters club success framework that tracks education awards, membership growth, officer training, dues renewal, and Club Success Plan completion.
Who should use a DCP tracker?
Club Presidents, Vice Presidents Education, Vice Presidents Membership, Secretaries, Treasurers, and Area Directors can use a DCP tracker to keep ExCom conversations focused on goals and deadlines.
How often should a club review DCP goals?
Review DCP progress at least once a month in the executive committee meeting. Clubs that are behind on education awards, dues, or membership eligibility should review it more often.
Does DCP replace the Club Success Plan?
No. DCP measures progress, while the Club Success Plan explains how the club intends to achieve its goals. The best officers use both together.
