VPE Pathways Award Submission Workflow
Toastmasters Education Award Tracker
Track Pathways level completions, education award submission status, Club Central follow-up, DCP impact, and member recognition so completed work does not sit unsubmitted.
Move completed learning to the right next step
Use this tracker as a private VPE planning aid. It separates member progress, submission readiness, official confirmation, DCP follow-up, and recognition so a completed project does not disappear between Base Camp, Club Central, and the next meeting.
Confirm completion evidence
Check the current project or level requirement in the member’s approved Pathways/Base Camp workflow before calling an award ready. Do not infer completion from a speech title alone.
Separate progress from submission
A completed project, a ready-to-submit award, an official submission, and recognition are different states. Keep each status visible so no row looks finished too early.
Assign the next owner
Give every ready or follow-up row one owner and one next action. The VPE can coordinate, while the member and authorized officers confirm the required information.
Update official records
Use current Toastmasters and Club Central instructions for the official submission. Update DCP or club records only after the relevant confirmation, not just because a draft row exists.
Recognize and review
Recognize members after the result is confirmed, then review the open rows with the VPE and ExCom so the next education opportunity is visible.
Source boundary: current Toastmasters Pathways, Base Camp, Club Central, and DCP instructions remain authoritative. Keep member names, paths, completion evidence, and recognition details in the club’s approved private records.

Toastmasters Education Award Tracker FAQ
Who should use a Toastmasters education award tracker?
The Vice President Education usually owns the tracker, but the President and full ExCom can review it during DCP, Pathways, and member-recognition discussions.
What should be tracked before submitting an education award?
Track the member, Pathways path, completed level or award, completion date, submission status, owner, follow-up notes, and whether the member has been recognized.
Is this the same as a Pathways tracker?
No. A Pathways tracker monitors ongoing projects and levels. An education award tracker focuses on completed awards, submission follow-up, Club Central action, DCP credit, and recognition.
Can this replace official Toastmasters submission steps?
No. Use it as an internal planning aid and confirm current Club Central, Base Camp, and Toastmasters guidance before submitting official education awards.
