What is Toastmasters Pathways?
Toastmasters Pathways is the modern education program replacing the traditional CC/CL manual system. It features 11 specialized learning paths, each with 5 levels of projects designed to build communication and leadership skills progressively.
Each path contains approximately 14-17 projects across 5 levels. You earn the Competent Communicator equivalent upon completing Level 2, and the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) designation requires completing two paths.
How to choose a path: Take the online assessment in Base Camp (Toastmasters' learning portal) or choose based on your personal goals — whether that's leadership, coaching, presentation skills, or using humor effectively.
