About the Multi-Touch Tester
Our free multi-touch test tool helps you discover how many simultaneous touch points your device supports. Most modern smartphones support 5-10 simultaneous touches, while tablets and laptops may support even more.
Place multiple fingers on the screen at once and the tool will track each touch point with a unique color marker. The maximum touch count is recorded so you can compare devices or verify hardware specifications.
This is particularly useful for musicians using multi-touch instruments, gamers testing their device for multi-finger controls, or anyone verifying their touchscreen hardware after a repair or replacement.
